+ Access to a designated Support Worker:

You will be assigned a Her Helping Habit Support Worker to guide you every step of the way. You will have unlimited access to us with your online portal. We will get to know you during an in-depth consultation meeting. After your application is approved here, you also have the opportunity to search for a Surrogate based on your shared values, genuine connections, communication styles, and timeline.

+ Clear Communication for Timelines and Expectations:

We thoroughly interview both Surrogates and Intended Parents to ensure everyone's intentions align and expectations can be met. We aim to provide you with all the information and assistance needed to get the most out of this life-changing experience.

+ All Referrals:

Your Mentor will assist your Surrogate with all necessary medical referrals, legal referrals, and travel arrangements to and from her appointments throughout the duration of her cycle and pregnancy.

+ Clinical Guidance:

All of your Surrogate’s pregnancy-related expenses will be reimbursed from the Escrow company that will open a Trust account on your behalf. We will help support both you and your surrogate at every step along the way. This involves communicating with your nurse and clinic on your behalf, guiding you and your surrogate through the clinic screening, monitoring and medical process, educating you both on what to expect and being available to answer any questions promptly.

+ Receipt and Reimbursement Management:

Your Mentor will be in contact with you and your Surrogate during the entirety of the journey to ensure that you are both feeling supported and that all your questions or concerns are being answered. Even after your child is born, we encourage you to stay in touch with us! However, you may feel comfortable, especially if you’re thinking about future sibling cycles.

+ Legal Contract and Medical Protocol Reviews:

We only refer our clients to trusted professionals, these include a selection of fertility clinics, psychologists, egg donor services, and pharmacist options for your consideration. If you are looking for a specific referral, please let us know—we are your guide and here to help!

+ Unlimited Check-ins:

You’re never alone when you work with Her Helping Habit because we want you to be supported throughout the process. We understand that you may have many questions along the way or may just need someone to talk to, so your Support Worker will touch base with you and your Surrogate regularly. Remember, they are just a phone call or text away! Our team is also available to mediate between lawyers, doctors and nurses before, during and after the transfer so that your journey is as stress-free as possible.
